Project Zero was founded by veterans and first responders to actively engage in wellness. They believe that services should serve as a means to an end, which is a life well lived during and after service. Their members understand the importance of family, community, and health, and are driven to bring those opportunities to their peers.

Project zero promotes positive habits that support total wellness across three areas: mental, physical, and social. These habits provide immediate compounding returns for military personnel, veterans, and first responders. Through this wellness approach, project zero observes improvements in quality of life, resilience, and self-sustainability.
