Simplifying communication and relationship management between clinics and employers.
Many medical facilities, particularly urgent care clinics, partner with employers to deliver healthcare services to employees, also known as occupational medicine. This includes delivering pre-employment physicals, drug screens, and other procedures contracted with the employers. The clinic often acts as the work-injury provider as well—delivering workers’ compensation case management care.
These clinics are proficient in delivering quality, convenient care and there are well-established tools to help them do this. The place where they often struggle is post-visit invoicing and communication with the employers. This is why we built an employer portal that makes invoicing easier and provides better ways to communicate back and forth between the employer and clinic.
Our employer portal decreases collection time (and effort) while increasing the collection rate. Employer satisfaction with the clinic also improves, as communication — or lack thereof — and invoice confusion are some of the largest reasons for dissatisfaction.
