KACV-FM is more than just a college radio station. It serves as the heartbeat of Amarillo, Texas. Owned and operated by Amarillo College, KACV-FM works alongside its sister station, PBS affiliate KACV-TV, to remain a cornerstone of the city’s creative and educational community. Together, they provide platforms for discovery, learning, and local expression.

Since its first broadcast, KACV-FM has reflected the spirit of student creativity, local culture, and musical diversity. Building on its original identity and inspired by its continued evolution, the station is once again ready to turn the volume up.

This is more than a rebrand. It is a revival—a celebration of where the station has been and a vision of where it is going. Blending tradition with fresh energy, KACV-FM continues to bring new life, new voices, and bold soundwaves to Amarillo’s airwaves.
