Representing the interests of Potter County, Precinct 2.
Designed in 2012 for her first campaign, Mercy Murguia represents Precinct Two which predominately includes the East and Northeast sections of the county. Also represents sections of Downtown Amarillo. The entire precinct is within the city proper of Amarillo, Texas.
